If files purchased from Songs for Choir fail to be sent to the consumer after purchase, then the purchaser can apply for a full refund, or request that the files be sent again. If files are corrupted, or substantial errors are found in the files, then the purchaser can apply for a full refund, or request a revision of the files. Refunds will not be given for reasons other than the reasons described above. An application for a refund should happen within 14 days of the original purchase.
